BYIDOL Warranty Policy

At BYIDOL, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury handbags. Our commitment is to provide you with products that exude elegance and sophistication. This comprehensive warranty is designed to cover manufacturing-related issues, ensuring that you experience the utmost satisfaction with your BYIDOL handbag purchase.
I. Warranty Duration:
The BYIDOL Warranty is valid for a period of 6months from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
II. Covered Manufacturing Defects:
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to:
- Stitching Defects: Any unraveling, loose, or faulty stitching that affects the structural integrity of the handbag.
- Hardware Defects: Issues with hardware components such as zippers, clasps, buckles, and decorative elements.
- Structural Defects: Defects affecting the overall structure or functionality of the handbag.
III. Exclusions:
The warranty specifically covers defects that arise from the manufacturing process. It does not cover issues resulting from:
- Accidents or Misuse: Any damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or use not in accordance with the care instructions provided.
- Normal Wear and Tear: The natural aging and gradual wear that occurs with regular use.
- Unauthorized Alterations or Repairs: Any modifications or repairs performed by parties not authorized by BYIDOL.
- Exposure to Extreme Conditions: Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions such as heat, water, solvents, or chemicals.
- Failure to Follow Care Instructions: Damage resulting from not following the care instructions provided by BYIDOL.
IV. How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone Number] to request a Warranty Claim Form.
- Complete the Form: Fill out the Warranty Claim Form thoroughly, providing detailed information about the manufacturing defect.
- Submit Proof of Purchase: Attach a copy of the original purchase receipt or order confirmation along with the completed Warranty Claim Form.
Our Customer Service team will guide you through the next steps, which may include shipping the item to our service center for inspection. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the item, as determined by BYIDOL.
V. Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to BYIDOL. The Company will cover the cost of return shipping for items repaired or replaced under warranty.
VI. Limitation of Liability:
The liability of BYIDOL under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. BYIDOL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
