Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our voluntary return policy allows you to request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase. Approved voluntary returns are issued as store credit for a future purchase or an exchange, rather than a refund to the original payment method. Standard Purpose made-to-order purchases, sale items and gift cards are excluded from this voluntary return offer.

Mandatory consumer rights

This voluntary policy does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. For eligible online purchases by EU consumers, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period runs from delivery. Shopify Managed Markets applies its EU cancellation and return rules to covered orders, including standard Purpose purchases. A required refund is made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without extra cost. Where required, the refund includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered; an optional express-delivery surcharge is not refundable. We may withhold a withdrawal refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, as permitted by law. Mandatory rights take priority over any final-sale or US-law provision.

Return shipping and costs

You pay the direct postage and packaging costs of an eligible change-of-mind return where permitted by applicable law. Please contact customerservice@byidol.com for return instructions before sending an item. A timely statutory withdrawal request remains valid while you await our reply. We bear return costs for defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods where required by law; please contact us promptly so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.

Shipping, taxes and duties

Shipping charges and applicable taxes and duties payable at checkout are shown before payment. Whether customs charges are prepaid depends on the destination and shipping service shown at checkout. Any treatment of taxes, duties or other charges on a return is subject to applicable law and the relevant customs process; we do not exclude a legally required refund. An exchange is a new shipment and may incur new shipping charges, duties and taxes, disclosed before you agree.

Standard Purpose orders

Standard Purpose bags are paid in full at checkout. Production and fulfillment take up to six weeks from order confirmation, followed by carrier transit. We do not offer discretionary cancellations for made-to-order purchases; mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights remain. Other stocked catalog products are normal purchases. Bespoke Purpose commissions are inquiry only and receive an individual quote and terms before payment.
